HI,
I'm Danielle Horwich
LCSW, MA.Ed.
a therapist for parents, adults, and teens based in Los Angeles.
You know those moments of feeling truly authentic with another person, when you are real, not hiding, and seen with eyes of love and non judgement?
It can be a rare moment.
As a therapist that's what I love most - the authentic and honest connection with my clients.
I have loved connecting with others since childhood. This led me on a path of becoming a high school teacher, a social worker, to opening my own therapy private practice.
In therapy, I bring my whole self into the room.
My compassion, my perspective, the wisdom and lessons I have gained and yes - I even bring my dark and sometimes inappropriate sense of humor.
I make an intention daily in my own life (I try!) to forgive and honor all the parts of myself-even the messy ones. It's not easy, but it is transformative.
I will strive to see and encourage your strengths, challenge you to evolve, and offer perspective on how to navigate life’s inevitable difficulties with humbleness and wisdom.
Hopefully we will laugh too!
